  2. 1 medium ripe banana , peeled and sliced

  3. 1 cup(s) frozen blueberries , blackberries or raspberries

  4. 1/2 cup(s) silken tofu

  5. 2 ice cubes , crushed (see Tip)

  6. 1 tablespoon(s) sugar

  1. Combine orange juice, banana, berries, tofu and crushed ice in a blender; cover and blend until smooth and frothy. Sweeten with sugar, if desired. Serve immediately.
