  1. 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes

  2. 1 1/2 cups yellow cherry tomatoes

  3. 3/4 lb fresh mozzarella ball (bocconcini)

  4. 2/3 cup fresh corn kernels salt , fresh ground pepper

  5. 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves , julienned

  6. 1 1/2 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar

  7. 1/2 cup olive oil lettuce leaf (to garnish)

  1. place lettuce leaves on a platter cut the tomatoes into halves and place on lettuce leaves add corn and cheese.

  2. sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. drizzle with vinegar, then olive oil.

  4. toss lightly.
