  1. 46 oz. can vegetable juice

  2. 1 stalk celery, cut into 3 pieces 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

  3. 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

  4. 1-1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish

  5. 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  6. 1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients in 3-4 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Remove celery and discard. Serve hot.
