  1. Asparagus - one bunch 1/4 pieces

  2. Shrimp - about one pound- each cut in half

  3. Ziti- or penne pasta- 14 oz.

  4. 1/2 cup olive oil

  5. 4 cloves garlic

  6. 2 tomato es- diced

  7. 1 cup white wine

  8. salt and pepper to taste

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. ½ of the olive oil in the pan. Throw in the garlic and saute.

  2. Add Asparagus-cook for a few minutes.

  3. Add the tomatoes.

  4. As the pasta is cooking use up the rest of the olive oil in another skillet and saute shrimp- Add wine and simmer. Add all together.
