  1. 1 tbsp Smart Balance Omega-

  2. 3 Buttery Sticks

  3. 2 cups cooked brown rice (not instant)

  4. 1/4 tsp salt

  5. 2 cups SB milk

  6. 1 egg

  7. 3 tbsp dark brown sugar

  8. 1/4 cup raisins

  9. 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

  1. Melt the butter in a sauce pan over medium heat.

  2. Add the rice and salt and mix well.

  3. Meanwhile in a separate bowl add the milk, egg, brown sugar and raisins. Whisk together until well combined.

  4. Add the milk mixture to the rice and cook over medium heat until thickened, about 10 minutes.

  5. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla.

  6. Serve warm if desired or chill at least 2 hours.
