  6. 2 c Popped corn

  7. 3 c Milk

  8. 4 tb Butter, melted

  9. 3 Eggs, beaten

  10. 1/2 c Brown sugar

  11. 1 t Vanilla

  12. 1/2 ts Salt

  13. 4 to 6 Grind all but a small handful of the popped corn in a

  14. food processor or grinder. Scald the milk, pour it

  15. over the corn, stir in the butter, and let the popcorn

  16. sit, covered, for 1 hour to absorb the liquid.

  17. Beat eggs with the sugar until light, add vanilla and salt, beat in the corn mixture, and turn into a

  18. buttered baking dish. Sprinkle the reserved popcorn on

  19. top. Bake at 300 F until custard is set and browned

  20. 45 minutes to

  21. 1 hour. Sprinkle the reserved

  22. whole popcorn on top.
