  2. 1 small pear, diced

  3. 1 celery rib, diced

  4. 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

  5. 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

  6. 1 tablespoon orange juice

  7. 2 lettuce leaves

  1. In a small bowl, toss the apple, pear, celery and walnuts. Combine mayonnaise and orange juice; spoon over salad and toss to coat. Serve on lettuce.
