  5. Green chilli paste 1 tsp.

  6. Chopped onion 2 tbsp.

  7. Whole wheat flour 4 tbsp

  8. Fresh cream 1 1/2 tsp.

  9. Chickpea flour 2 tbsp.

  10. Chopped coriander 2 tbsp.

  11. Semolina 2 tbsp.

  12. Salt to taste

  13. Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp.

  14. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp.

  15. Soda bi-carb 1/4 tsp

  16. For Garnishing:

  17. Grated Paneer 3 tbsp.

  18. Finely chopped tomatoes 3tbsp

  1. In a bowl combine the spinach and fenugreek leaves, sprinkle 1 tsp. salt, mix well and squeeze out all the liquid.

  2. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients with the spinach and fenugreek leaves using very little water, make firm dough 3. Break this dough into bite size, roll into oval shape and place in a steamer 4. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes.

  3. Garnish with grated paneer and tomato pieces, serve with green chutney.
