  6. 1 ts Nutmeg

  7. 2 ts Cinnamon

  8. 4 Eggs; beaten

  9. 1 1/2 c Vegetable oil

  10. 2 ts Vanilla

  11. 2 c Finely grated raw carrots

  12. 1 c Chopped pecans

  13. 10 inch tube pan. Bake in

  14. 325 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until top springs back when lightly pressed
