  1. 1 lb. Ground beef Salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste

  2. 2 tsp. chili powder

  3. 8 oz. spaghetti noodles, broken into thirds

  4. 1 can corn, slightly drained

  5. 1 can dark red kidney beans, slightly drained, or chili beans optional - hot sauce, to tast

  1. Boil noodle pieces per package directions to el dente. Brown ground beef. Drain excess fat. Season to taste. Lightly grease 3-qt casserole dish. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Bake, covered, in pre-heated 350'F for 50 minutes. Serve with buttered bread.
