  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Lean ground pork

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Red wine

  3. 1 Garlic clove - crushed

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Crushed fennel seed Salt and pepper - to taste Olive oil

  1. Recipe Instructions Italian seasonings make the all-American burger even better. In a medium bowl, mix together the pork, red wine, garlic, fennel seed, salt and pepper. Pat gently into 4 patties. Brush each patty lightly with olive oil. Place directly over hot coals on a kettle-style grill. Close grill hood and grill for 5 minutes, turn and cook on second side for 4 minutes. Serve with grilled Italian bread, if desired.
