  1. 2 cups Curry Sauce (recipe link below)

  2. 2 cups boiled diced lobster meat or 2 cups cooked seafood

  3. Optional Additions:

  4. 3 chopped sauteed ribs celery

  5. 1/2 chopped sauteed green pepper, (seeds and fibrous portions removed)

  6. 1 teaspoon grated sauteed onion

  1. Heat Curry Sauce in the top of a double boiler. Add lobster or seafood and cook, stirring, about 3 minutes. If you are using them, add celery, green pepper, and/or onion. Correct the seasoning. Simmer until well heated.

  2. May be served at once with boiled rice , chutney , or slivered almonds .

  3. Or place in individual baking dishes or a casserole, cover with bread crumbs, and dot with butter. Heat in a 425-degree F. oven until the crumbs are lightly browned.
