  1. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  3. 3 Garlic crushed

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Lemon peel

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  6. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Jumbo shrimp

  7. 1/4 cup 59ml Parsley

  1. Recipe Instructions Put in sauce pan and melt together-let sit until ready to cook. Peel shrimp and add to above sauce and saute until done. (about 2-4 minutes) Sprinkle parsley as you cook. Serve with parsley and lemon wedges to garnish. Spoon excess sauce from pan over shrimp.
