  5. 2 sm Cantaloupes, peeled, seeded

  6. -and cut into 1/2 inch cubes (about 4-1/2 lbs.)

  7. 6 Medium-size peaches, peeled,

  8. -pitted and sliced (about -1-1/2 lbs.)

  9. 1/2 c Slivered toasted almonds

  10. 1/2 c Ornage juice

  11. 2 tb Lemon juice

  12. 1/4 c Chopped mint

  13. FROM: Reader's Digest Cook Now, Serve Later

  14. In a large bowl, stir together the cantaloupe, peaches, almonds, orange

  15. juice and lemon juice. (At this point the fruit can be refrigerated,

  16. tightly covered, for up to 8 hours.)

  17. Just before serving, toss with the mint. Serve cold or at room

  18. temperature. --
