  1. Ingredients (Serves 4)

  2. 4 tbsp rolled oats

  3. 3 tbsp mixed ground nuts and seeds (made by blending together almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, sunflower, sesame and linseeds)

  4. 1 tbsp clear honey

  5. 1 tbsp sunflower oil

  6. 2 bananas

  7. 100 g fresh strawberries, sliced

  8. 1 peach, sliced

  9. Small bunch of grapes, halved and seeded

  10. 300 g Greek-style natural yogurt

  1. To make the topping, blend together the oats, ground nuts and seeds, honey and oil, then spread the mixture out on a baking tray and grill under a medium heat, for about 10 minutes, turning to ensure the mixture is evenly browned.

  2. Arrange the fruit in the bottom of a flan dish or individual glasses, spoon over the yoghurt, add the topping and serve.
