  1. 2 packages ( 10-oz each ) frozen cut asparagus , thawed

  2. 1 pound fully cooked ham , chopped

  3. 2 cups ( 8-oz ) shredded swiss cheese reduced-fat

  4. 1/2 cup chopped onion

  5. 6 eggs

  6. 2 cups 1% milk

  7. 1 1/2 cups buttermilk baking mix

  8. 1 Tbs. dried parsley flakes

  9. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  1. How to make it Preheat oven at 375. In two greased 9-inch pie plates, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese and onion. In a bowl, beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide mixture in half and pour over asparagus mixture in each pie plate. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Yield: 12 servings.
