  1. 8 oz soft cream cheese - I used chive and onion

  2. 3/4 cup chopped crab

  3. 1 pkg won ton wrappers worcestershire sauce or Tabasco, to taste fresh tomato Sauce

  4. 2 garlic cloves , minced

  5. 2 tbl olive oil

  6. 6 plum tomatoes , diced

  7. 1 tbl red wine vinegar

  8. 1 tbl parsley , chopped

  9. 1 tbl rosemary , if desired

  1. How to make it Mix together cream cheese and crab till blended. Add the worcestershire or Tabasco. Place about 1 tbl filling in center of each won ton skin. Brush edges with water, and place second skin on top. Seal edges. Repeat with remaining cream cheese mixture. In a large sauce pan, bring water to a boil and cook the ravioli a few at a time for about 3-5 minutes, or until they float to the top of the pan. (Don't crowd the pan.) Remove with slotted spoon and serve hot with Fresh Tomato Sauce (below). Fresh Tomato Sauce Saute garlic in oil about 1 min, add remaining ingredients; and cook on low 2-3 minutes - just till heated through. Cool to room temp & serve over hot cooked ravioli.
