  1. 2 cups whipping cream

  2. 1/4 cup almond flavoured liquer

  3. 1/2 cup chocolate syrup cocoa if desired

  1. Preparation : 1. Beat whipping cream in chilled large bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff.

  2. Fold in liquer and chocolate syrup.

  3. Spoon into 8 paper lined foil cupcake liners.

  4. Cover and freeze at least 4 hours but no longer than 2 days.

  5. Place in refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.

  6. Sprinkle with cocoa if desired.
