  1. 2 large eggs

  2. 1/8 cup red pepper, diced

  3. 1/8 cup green pepper , diced

  4. 1/4 cup cubed cooked ham (or bacon)

  5. 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

  6. salt , pepper to taste

  1. Beat eggs with wire whisk; add rest of ingredients to taste.

  2. Spray 8- inch skillet with butter-flavor Pam and heat over medium flame.

  3. Add egg mixture, cover and cook until desired consistency, 5-10 minutes (DO NOT STIR).

  4. Carefully slide frittata onto plate. Serve with picante sauce, if desired.
