  1. 6 (150 g) fish fillets

  2. 3 teaspoons olive oil

  3. marinade

  4. 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  5. 3 garlic cloves , crushed

  6. 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves , chopped

  7. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley , chopped

  8. 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  9. 2 teaspoons paprika

  10. 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

  11. cayenne pepper

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients. Marinade fish fillets for 30 mins or more.

  2. Remove fish from marinade. Heat oil in non-stick frypan and fry fish until cooked through.
