  1. Handful of ripe strawberries

  2. 1 banana, peeled and sliced

  3. 25g (1oz) porridge oats

  4. 1tbsp honey

  5. 150ml (5oz) natural yogurt

  6. 100ml (3 1/2 fl oz) apple juice

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend for 30 secs to a smooth, thick drink.

  3. Pour into a tall glass, add ice and strawberries to decorate if you wish.
