  1. 3 Baking potatoes - scrubbed (large)

  2. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  3. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Freshly ground black pepper

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Paprika

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Garlic powder

  1. Recipe Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a baking sheet lightly with olive oil spray. Cut each potato into 8 wedges and place, skin-side down, on the baking sheet. Spray lightly with olive oil spray.
