  2. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Navy beans - rinsed, drained

  3. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Minced green onions

  4. 1/2 cup 46g / 1.6oz Minced Italian parsley

  5. 1/4 cup 27g / 1oz Minced celery

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Balsamic vinegar

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Olive oil

  8. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
