  1. 1/4 c Margarine or butter

  2. 1 c Cornflake crumbs

  3. 1 ts Paprika

  4. 1/2 ts Salt

  5. 1/4 ts Pepper

  6. 1 3-pound broiler-fryer

  7. Chicken, cut up

  8. 1/4 c Margarine or butter, melted

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Heat margarine in rectangular pan 13 X 9 X 2 inches, in oven until melted.

  3. Mix cornflake crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper.

  4. Dip chicken into 1/4 cup melted margarine.

  5. Coat chicken with cornflake mixture.

  6. Place chicken, skin sides down, in pan.

  7. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.

  8. Turn chicken and bake about 30 minutes longer or until juices run clear.

  9. SERVINGS; 350 CALORIES PER SERVING.
