  1. 3 oz 85g Baking chocolate

  2. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Sugar

  3. 3/4 cup 46g / 1.6oz Flour

  4. 3/4 cup 109g / 3.8oz Low-fat cottage cheese

  5. 3 Eggs

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt Powdered sugar

  1. Recipe Instructions Heat oven to 350F Over very low heat, melt chocolate, cool slightly. In a food processor, puree cheese and all other ingredients, except chocolate and powdered sugar until smooth. Add melted chocolate and blend well. Pour into lightly buttered 8 inch square pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until just set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into 16 squares (cut pan four ways).
