  2. 3 oz raw rump steak, cut into thin strips

  3. 4 green onion flowers

  4. 1 quartered tomato

  5. 2 oz water chestnuts

  6. 2 oz sliced bamboo shoots

  7. salt to taste

  1. Bring stock to boil and add in meat.

  2. Cook for 5 minutes and add remaining ingredients.

  3. Cook for another 2 minutes and serve warm.
