  1. Pre-Heat oven to at least 400 deg. F Take your bread, I use mini-loaves made by La Brea Bakery from Costco Slice each mini-loaf in half, end to end thru the center Chop your garlic into pieces, medium-chunky is good Add chopped Garlic, Herbs de Provence, Dill, and a couple of pinches of salt into mixing bowl. Coat with copious amount of Olive Oil and mix with hands. Make sure there is plenty of your herb mixture in there, you really will be hard pressed to overdo it. Also don't be shy with the olive oil. It's not going to kill you.

  2. Take garlic, herbs, and Olive Oil mixture and spread evenly over the top of each loaf with your fingers. You should have 4 surfaces to coat.

  3. Once each slice is coated evenly with the garlic & herbs, take the remaining mixture in your bowl and pour lightly over each loaf, coating the top of each piece with a liberal amount of olive oil.

  4. Place onto cooking sheet covered with tinfoil Bake at 400deg F, for 20-30 minutes, until edges of bread are golden brown.

  5. Remember, *no* cheese is used in this, *don't* panic! It's going to taste wonderful, I promise. They key is the copious amount of garlic which will sweeten as you bake it, releasing all it's deliciousness into your mouth in a torrent of pleasure.
