  1. 5 lbs 2270g / 80oz Chuck roast

  2. 2 French onion soup

  3. 16 oz 454g Beer

  4. 2 oz 56g Whiskey

  5. 2 Beef bouillon cubes

  1. Recipe Instructions Braise roast in 400F. oven for one hour. Add all ingredients together with roast in crock pot. Stir a bit and simmer 4-5 hours. Note: Roast can be cut up in chunks to fit in crockpot- after simmering total time it will be very tender and broken in pieces. May be served on buns with Au Jus or with potatoes and vegetables.
