  11. 1 tb Light brown sugar

  12. 1/4 c Balsamic vinegar

  13. 1 tb Fruity olive oil

  14. Salt & pepper to taste

  15. 4 6 in diameter pita bread

  16. -rounds cut in half

  17. In a large bowl, toss together the onion, tomatoes,

  18. turkey, lettace, and basil. Sprinkle with the brown

  19. sugar and drizzle with the vinegar and olive oil.

  20. Toss well and season with salt and pepper. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least two

  21. hours. To make the sandwich, mound the mixture into the pita pockets and serve at once. Per serving- 170
