  1. 1 Cream cheese

  2. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Prepared horseradish mustard

  4. 6 Flour tortillas

  5. 12 Deli roast beef - (small)

  6. 6 Green onions - tops included

  1. Place unwrapped cream cheese on a paper plate.

  2. Microwave on high for 15 seconds or until softened. Combine cream cheese, olives and mustard in a small bowl; mix well.

  3. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.

  4. Top each tortilla with 2 slices of beef, overlapping slightly. Place onion on one edge of tortilla, trimming onion to fit the diameter of the tortilla.

  5. Roll up tortilla jelly-roll fashion. Cut each roll in slices to serve.

  6. Makes 6 beef rolls.
