  1. 3 cups all-purpose flour

  2. 1-1/2 cups sugar

  3. 4-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  4. 3 teaspoons baking powder

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  7. 2 eggs

  8. 1-1/4 cups whole milk

  9. 1 cup butter, melted

  10. 1 cup fresh blueberries

  11. 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

  12. 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In another bowl, beat the eggs, milk and butter; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in berries. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 375° for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Serve warm. Yield: about 1-1/2 dozen.
