  7. 3 pounds boneless beef chuck -- cut in

  8. 1/2 cup flour

  9. 1 teaspoon salt

  10. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  11. 1 8 oz pkg precooked sausage links -- cut in

  12. 1 pieces

  13. 2 cups chopped leeks

  14. 4 stalks celery -- cut up

  15. 3 potatoes -- peeled and cubed

  16. 1 16 oz can whole tomatoes

  17. 1 teaspoon leaf oregano

  18. 2 cloves garlic -- minced

  19. 1/2 cup beef broth

  20. 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet

  21. 2 tablespoons flour

  22. 3 tablespoons water

  23. 8 Wipe beef well. Combine

  24. 1/3 cup flour with salt and pepper. Toss beef cubes w

  25. ith flour mixture to coat thoroughly; place in Crock-Pot. Add remaining ingred

  26. ients, except 2 tablespoons flour and the water, in order listed; stir well. C

  27. 8 to 12 hours or on High for 4 to 6 hours.

  28. One hour before serving, turn to High setting. Make a smooth paste of 2 tables
