  1. 2/3 cup 157ml Nonfat mayonnaise

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Plain low-fat yogurt

  3. 14 oz 397g Artichoke hearts - drained and chopped

  4. 4 oz 113g Green chiles - drained and chopped

  5. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Grated parmesan cheese

  6. 1 Garlic clove - minced

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Tabasco sauce

  8. 1 can Vegetable cooking spray

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Grated parmesan cheese

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine mayonnaise and yogurt in a medium bowl stirring until smooth. Add chopped artichoke hearts and next 4 ingredients stirring well. Spoon mixture into a 1-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven Garnish with green chile slices, if desired. Server with whole wheat toast points, breadsticks, unsalted crackers, melba toast rounds, and fresh vegetables!
