  1. Low-Fat Brown Bag Apple Salad

  2. 1/2 cup orange or grapefruit juice

  3. 1 cup seedless grapes

  4. 1 Tbsp. honey

  5. 1 cup orange or grapefruit sections

  6. 1 tsp. lemon or lime juice

  7. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

  8. 1 apple, Red Delicious or Ginger Gold

  9. In medium-size bowl, stir together orange juice, honey and lemon

  10. juice. Add apples, grapes, orange sections and walnuts; toss to

  11. coat with juice mixture. Refrigerate or pack into individual

  12. containers for lunches and snacks.

  13. Makes 4 servings.
