  1. cup sliced carrot

  2. 1/2 cup diced onion

  3. 2 minced garlic cloves

  4. 3 cups fat free broth ( beef , chicken or vegetable)

  5. 1 1/2 cups diced green cabbage

  6. 1/2 cup green bean s

  7. 1 Tbsp tomato paste

  8. 1/2 tsp dried basil

  9. 1/4 tsp dried oregano

  10. 1/4 tsp salt

  11. 1/2 cup sliced zucchini

  1. Spray a large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray and heat.

  2. Saute the carrot, onion and garlic over low heat until softened, about 5 minutes.

  3. Add broth, cabbage, beans, tomato paste, basil, oregano, and salt; bring to a boil.

  4. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, about 15 minutes or until beans are tender.

  5. Stir in the zucchini and heat 3-4 minutes.
