  1. 2 c. white sugar

  2. 1 c. butter , softened

  3. 1 c. milk

  4. 2 egg s

  5. 2 tsp. vanilla

  6. 7 c. flour

  7. 4 tsp. cream of tartar

  8. 2 tsp. baking soda

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla until combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cream of tartar, and baking soda. Add dry ingredient mixture to creamed mixture. Roll out and cut as desired. Line baking sheet with parchment, and place cookies 2 inches apart. Bake at 375° for 8 minutes or until slightly browned on bottom. Allow to cool, then frost and enjoy!
