  1. 2 bags steam in the bag Sugar Snap Peas

  2. 1/2 c. dried cranberries

  3. 2 T. balsamic vinegar

  4. 1 T. brown sugar (I used Splenda Brown Sugar)

  5. 1 T.

  1. Place vinegar, brown sugar, water and cranberries in small saucepan. Over med. heat cook until mixture starts to form bubbles on edges stir to disolve sugar. Simmer about 1 min more. Steam peas according to package directions. Place peas in serving bowl and pour vinegar/cranberry mixture over peas. Stir and serve
