  1. Bread

  2. 2 Pkgs yeast

  3. 1/2 c sugar

  4. 1/2 c canola oil

  5. 1 Tbsp salt

  6. 1 c starter

  7. 1 1/2 c warm water

  8. 6 c (approx.) bread flour Starter

  9. 3/4 c sugar

  10. 1/4 c instant potato flakes

  11. 1 c all purpose flour

  12. 1 c very warm water

  1. For starter mix well and stir into the starter. Let stand out of the refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours. This will not rise, only bubble.

  2. For bread, mix yeast with warm water and set aside. In large mixing bowl mix sugar and oil. Pour in the yeast mixture and add the salt and starter. Slowly start mixing in the bread flour. Kneed the bread really good and cover and place in warm area for approx 2 hours to rise. Knock the bread back down and you can either make into rolls or bread loafs. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 10-15 mins or until browned a little on top.
