  1. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

  2. 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

  3. 2 Tbsp hot water

  4. 2 Tbsp miso

  5. 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), about 1 inch thick 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives

  1. Preheat grill (or oven). Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Coat a shallow baking dish with oli and arrange fish. Spoon miso mixture evenly over fish. Grill for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting twice with miso mixture. Sprinkle with chives. ** Serve with rice or mash potato.
