  7. 2 c Bisquick

  8. 2/3 c Whipping cream

  9. 2 tb Sugar

  10. 4 c Apples -- thinly sliced

  11. -about 4 medium

  12. 1/4 c Bisquick

  13. 1/3 c Brown sugar

  14. 1 tb Butter -- firm

  15. 3/4 ts Cinnamon

  16. 2 tb Cinnamon apple jelly

  17. 425F. Mix

  18. 2 c bisquick, whipping cream

  19. and sugar until soft dough forms. Shape into ball.

  20. Pat dough into ungreased 12 inch pizza pan. Spread

  21. apples over dough.

  22. Mix 1/4 c bisquick, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon

  23. until crumbly; sprinkle over apples. Cover edge with

  24. 2 inch strip of aluminum foil to prevent excessive

  25. 5 minutes; remove foil. Bake

  26. 10 to

  27. minutes longer or until edge is deep golden brown.
