  2. 2 tablespoon(s) sugar

  3. 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt

  4. 2 carrots

  5. 8 medium radishes

  1. In small saucepan, bring vinegar, sugar, and salt to a boil over medium heat and boil 5 minutes, or until slightly reduced. Transfer to medium bowl and cool to room temperature. Shave carrots into thin wide ribbons with a vegetable peeler and add to dressing. Thickly slice radishes and cut each slice into 1/4-inch wide strips. Add radishes to carrots and toss to combine.
