  1. GARLIC SAUCE

  2. 6 to 8 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

  3. 1 onion, sliced

  4. 8.45 ounce package low-fat plain soy milk

  5. 1 heaping tablespoon cornstarch

  6. 1 heaping tablespoon brewer's yeast

  7. garlic powder to taste

  8. 3 to

  9. minutes. in another pot, mix the soy milk, cornstarch, and yeast.

  10. Add the garlic, onion and any water remaining in the saute pan.

  11. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.

  12. For a stronger garlic flavor add garlic powder.

  13. Serve over pasta.
