  1. 1 cup onions -- chopped

  2. 3/4 cup green bell pepper -- chopped

  3. 1 garlic clove -- minced

  4. 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

  5. 1 pound shrimp -- shelled/deveined

  6. 1 pound crawfish tails -- peeled

  7. 1 can cream/mushroom soup -- (10 3/4oz)

  8. 3 cups rice -- cooked

  9. 1 tablespoon parsley -- chopped

  10. 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

  11. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  12. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  13. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  14. 2 white bread slices

  15. 1/4 cup milk paprika

  1. Preparation : 1. In large saucepan, cook onions, bell pepper and garlic in butter until crisp-tender.

  2. Add shrimp; cook 3 minutes longer.

  3. Stir in soup, rice parsley, lemon juice and seasonings. Add bread soaked in milk; mix well.

  4. Spoon into buttered shallow 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with paprika.

  5. Bake in preheated 350F oven 30 minutes.
