  1. 1kg (2 1/4 lb) fresh tuna steaks, cubed

  2. 225ml (8 fl oz) soy sauce

  3. good handful chopped spring onions

  4. 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  5. 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

  6. 1 tablespoon dried crushed chillies

  7. 2 tablespoons finely chopped macadamia nuts

  1. In a medium size non-reactive bowl, combine tuna, soy sauce, spring onions, sesame oil, sesame seeds, crushed chillies and macadamia nuts; mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
