  1. 1 ripe avocado, peeled and mashed

  2. 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  3. 6-1/2 oz. can chunk light tuna

  4. 2 tablespoons sour cream

  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/4 teaspoon dried chopped onion

  7. 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

  8. Dash of cayenne pepper

  9. 12 (2-1/2 inch size) baked pastry tart shells

  1. Blend the filling ingredients and spoon into tart shells.

  2. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes.

  3. If desired, freeze the tarts after cooking and reheat when needed.
