  2. Transfer cous-cous into a large bowl.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix together.

  4. Ingredients can vary in amounts based on individual taste.

  5. Put into refrigerator for two hours.

  6. Serve chilled.

  7. (It is O.K. if served warm too).

  8. It's yummy, easy and low-fat.
