  3. 45 ml curry powder

  4. 5 ml all-purpose flour

  6. 10 ml butter

  7. 5 ml mince garlic

  8. 15 ml chopped onion

  9. chili peppers

  10. 118 ml cream

  11. green/red peppers

  1. Place beef cut on a plate Add tarragon, curry powder, and flour to the plate.

  2. Rub the flour mix into beef.

  3. Cover, chill for half an hour.

  4. Medium heat the skillet.

  5. Add oil to the skillet.

  6. Add beef, cook for 4 minutes.

  7. Stir, and scrape.

  8. Add butter, garlic, onion, chili peppers, and cream.

  9. Stir, simmer for 2 minutes.

  10. Add peppers.

  11. Set the skillet aside.

  12. Serve with rice.
