  1. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Shredded cheddar cheese

  2. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Shredded Monterey jack cheese

  3. 2 Chopped green chiles - , drained

  4. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Bisquick baking mix

  5. 4 cups 792g / 27oz Eggs - , beaten (large)

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Salsa

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 425F. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with vegetable oil spray. Sprinkle cheeses on bottom; top with chiles; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine milk, eggs and Bisquick and beat until smooth. Carefully pour mixture over chiles. Top with salsa. Bake until puffed and golden, about 25 to 30 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Cut into bite-size pieces and serve warm.
