  1. 2 1/2lb Beef brisket,

  2. 1" cubes

  3. 1/8ts Brown sugar

  4. 1/8ts Dry mustard

  5. 2 1/2tb Ground cumin

  6. 6 tb Chili powder

  7. 1 1/4c Water

  8. 12 oz Budweiser beer Beef bouillon cube Salt and pepper to taste

  9. 8 oz Tomato sauce

  10. 2 tb Diced green chilies

  11. 3 x Garlic cloves, minced

  12. 2 tb Wesson oil Large onion, chopped fine

  13. 1 lb Lean pork, ground Oregano, pinch

  1. + Directions : In a large kettle or Dutch oven, brown the Beef, Pork and Onions in hot Wesson Oil. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cover and simmer 3 to 4 hours, until meat is tender and Chili is thick and bubbly. Stir occasionally. Manhattan Chili Co. , NYC
