  1. Pull apart Coffeecake

  2. 2 cans buttermilk biscuits

  3. 1 can crushed pineapple in syrup, undrained

  4. 1 stick butter

  5. 1/2 cup corn syrup

  6. 1/2 cup brown sugar

  7. 1/4 cup water

  8. 1 T cinnamon

  9. chopped walnuts

  10. In sauce pan put butter brown sugar corn syrup water and cinnamon.

  11. Bring to boil, and let boil 5 minutes. Cut biscuits into quarters.

  12. Drop them into the hot mix one at a time, stirring occasionally.

  13. Add pineapple and nuts. pour into very well greased bundt pan.

  14. 375F oven for 25 to 35 minutes, or until, brown and bubbly.

  15. Turn onto plate.

  16. Variation: Make a second smaller batch of the caramel and drizzle

  17. it over the top.
